I could not find emergency staircases apart from the main staircase. The main staircase is completely open so that smoke from one part of the building can spread all over the hotel. Conclusion: the fire safety situation is bad. Otherwise the hotel is OK.

Ecxcellent hotel with very helpful and friendly staff, english and German speaking. Hotel is plush with chandeliers etc etc. restaaurant is very good, theough breakfast needed a bit of extra effort.
