We were looking for some good place to stay 4 nights with a baby (4 months old). The hotel is far away from the center of Palanga what didn't bother us at all. It is located in the pine forest, very close to the sea and the beach (there is a restaurant almost on the beach). We got a very small room on the ground floor and asked for change to sth bigger. Our new room was large and had big sized windows (very liked it) overlooking pines and sea (obscured by the trees). The hotel staff was friendly and helpful (they even turned on the central heating in May after our remark about low temperature in our room).
They offer baby cots extra paid.
The bathroom was big and had a bath tube. Everything was clean and spruce.
The neighbourhood was beautiful and very quiet (bear in mind that we stayed there in the low season).
The restaurant and breakfast buffet were OK.
What I didn't like was lack of the elevator and interior design in bad taste.
