We stayed here for two nights at the end of a trip through the Baltics and this was our least favourite of the four hostels we stayed at. It was fine, but not really up to scratch with the others we'd stayed at for a comparable price. We slept in a private double which was newly renovated and the room itself was very nice. It was in a separate building to the rest of the dorms though, which meant we had issues getting in and out with gates being locked, etc. and there was no wifi at all in our building (we had to go down a couple of flights of stairs, outside, and around half the block to the get to the main building if the gate between the buildings was closed). The kitchen looked great initially, but when we went to use it we discovered that the drawer with most of cooking equipment was completely mouldy and gross. The saucepans all had mould spots inside which didn't budge much even with scrubbing and the kitchen was missing basics like a can opener. It wasn't a terrible stay but... more
