I spent 2 nights in this hotel and enjoyed the sauna/banya for a couple of hours. Very well located and personnel very helpful. They posted me back the suit I forgot in the closet. Don't miss the privatized banya for a cheap price.

Super friendly stuff, nice food at breakfast, very very good SPA center, very big and comfortable rooms with all you need and even more. Feels like home:))) We stays here many times and still we like this hotel the most. It is not expensive but really cool!

Stayed here last week for 3 nights. The location was excellent, on the edge of old town and only a 2 or 3 minute walk to several shops, restaurants, bars, etc. Room was spacious. Stayed in this hotel for three nights on a tour. Hotel room was a good size. We did not have any of the problems reported in other reviews. Former monastery converted to a hotel. Exterior not the greatest, but hotel was clean. Good breakfast buffet. Staff responded quickly and cheerfully to requests for extra pillows etc.
