Enjoyed a very pleasant 3 days. staff very friendly and helpful, rooms very spacious. nice comfortable reception area to sit in but a bit noisy at times with coach parties. The hotel is renovated and one of the main hotels in Tallinn. It has a wonderful view on the Toopuiee Hill and Houses of Parliament. The lobby is good and the rooms are large and very clean. Don't go at weekends because hotel is full of drunken Finns. Food awful and tasteless. The scrambled egg for breakfast looked like junket. Staff never smile, rooms clean but beds horrible, small and bouncy.If you don't smoke you won't like to hang around this hotel. Fortunately, I do! more

We stayed 3 nights iin the Grand, right on the edge of the old town. Super views from the spacious bedroom. The hotel is to a high international standard. Staff are exceptionally helpful and efficient. Food is buffet style with great variety to suit all tastes. We would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone going to Tallinn. more
