Great hostel in the middle of the oldtown of Tallinn. I payd 13€ per night in 6-bed dorm with breakfast. Everything was clean. Me and a number of my friends stayed here for a few nights and were very pleased. I have stayed in a number of hostels and this is the second best I have stayed in (The best was the Backpackers Inn in Toronto).
