A couple of emails and our airport transfer was arranged for 250EEK. Room was a little small but we didn't visit Tallinn to sit in the bedroom. Breakfast was quite good, had better but had a lot worse. We were able to order fried eggs on the mornings they were not generally available. Location was near perfect, just a short... more

We arrived at the hotel well before noon and were delighted to get our room so early. The room was elegant and stylish, with plenty of cupboards to get our things into. The mini bar was well equipped, but we wished for more Estonian products, maybe some delicious Kalev chocholate and Saku beer? After spending the whole day on the... more

My husband and I, our daughter's family stayed at the Baltic Hotel Imperial and highly recommend it. We loved the delicious complimentary full breakfast buffet. The price was very reasonable and when I called to get the advertised special rate, the clerk suggested an even better rate. The location is right in the old town and the front desk staff... more

we stayed four days last month at this hotel....it is located just inside the ancient wall of the old town....you could not ask for a better location....rooms are comfortable, if a bit small, but they are spotless. beds are good and baths are modern and clean....staff is of a high caliber...they offer an over 65 50% discount. food is good... more

Stayed here for the weekend and had a lovely time. Hotel is located on the north side of the old town and has part of the medieval wall running through it, indeed we had part of that wall in the room! The rooms are not huge and are very basic, with a shower room instead of a bath. TV is... more

This hotel is promoted as a 4 or even a 5 star hotel, but compared to West-Europe or Asia, it is more like a 3 star hotel. Staff is really friendly. It is close (5-10 minutes taxi-ride) to the Vikingline ferry. By the way: don't be cheated by taxi-drivers and always ask them to turn on the meter. Breakfast was... more

The best thing about this hotel is its fantastic location, within the city walls and a very short distance from the main square and all the attractions. At the same time it is very quiet and peaceful. Our room, while not very large, was adequate. Breakfast was good, although due to the length of our stay (ten days) we would... more

OK, so you can pay to stay in a chain hotel but you won't find them inside the old town area and you won't find them as friendly as the Imperial. The location is second to none, being just a 2 minute walk to the town square. The hotel is situated just next to the old town walls (actually, the... more
