Detailed Reviews
Strectch your legs in Jüriöö Park opposite the hotel when you arrive. We had a nice room, good air conditioning and mostly quite until people above started moving about. Expensive drinks. Our evening meal was good. we had a mad dash for breakfast with a long queue. Bread, pasties and coffee cups ran out before the end of the queue got to the front. Places to sit at a premium too. Our room don’t get seen to until nearly 4pm. Internet is occasionally flaky.

This hotel is very good, the rooms are very nice, the price is ok, the staff was very nice but the only problem is that it is not very close to the old town, location is very bad in case you want to go to the old town walking.
But the good thing is that is close to the airport.

Stayed in the hotel for one night. The hotel is located outside the old city. There is free parking for cars. The cost of travel by taxi from the hotel to the old town is about 7 euros.
The hotel is modern clean. Very inexpensive price - 37 euros room with breakfast. Breakfast is very good. Two types of scrambled eggs, sausage, salami, cheese, cereal, juice, coffee, apples, cereal, milk.
The rooms are clean, the room had a bed, a TV, a desk, chairs, minibar. Safe in the room was not. The safe was in the reception. In the bathroom shower. There is a shower gel and hair dryers. The room was warm. There is air conditioning.
All in all - a very decent quality for little money.

Non-client-oriented hotel
Awful service! I booked a night for 420 USD because of Rammstein concert and they hotel gave me only non-refundable rates which would be fine but I'm not allowed to enter Estonia because of COVIS (their government doesn't allow the citizens of my country to come). The hotel thinks that there's no force major and refuses to make a refund. They refuse to cancel the dates into the ones that are suitable for me and propose me to take a voucher until the end of this year when the night costs 80 USD (and I paid 420).
Rammstein postponed the concert and the tickets remain valid, air baltic made a refund but the hotel thinks that they're allowed to take money for nothing. Awful...

90's style hotel in need of urgent maintenance work. Old and smelly rooms and really poor breakfast and finally improvised and rude staff at reception who can not menage even a reservation. Just.....just never again

The hotel staff is great, but the room itself is terrible. We found hair in the sink, the chairs in the room were splattered, and there was a lot of dust. We asked the staff to change the room, but the situation was the same in the other room. As for breakfast, if you stay here, I recommend eating in the city.

I booked this hotel online and chose this one because the hotel description stated a complimentary breakfast was offered each morning. Upon check-in at the hotel, I was informed that we were not entitled to the breakfast. When I showed them where it stated in the hotel description about the free breakfast, they disregarded it even though it was there in black and white. I asked them to call the booking agency to clear it up but they refused. They would not honor their own policy for the complimentary breakfast. The customer service was completely lacking. They were not interested in solving the problem. They just told us,"No", and that was it. I would not recommend this hotel based on the way they handled our situation.

I decided to stay somewhere a bit farther outside town; Susi is on the end of the tramline, so well connected to the sights but not tourist-central. That said, for the money I paid to be here and not a hostel, I expected to be treated more like a guest. Service was unfriendly and unhelpful. In the end I would've preferred to save my money and stay in a hostel or look into spending a bit more to feel less like an inconvenience to the staff!

My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights whilst touring the Baltic capitals on a coach tour. The hotel is situated on the outskirts of Tallinn (a 1hr 30 min walk away) and the nearest shops are about 1km away. It is nicely furnished and decorated and was very clean throughout. The room we stayed in was spacious with 3 single beds although storage space was limited. It was adequately furnished with free non password protected Wi-Fi., air conditioning but there was no tea or coffee making facilities. There wasn't a safe but you could use the one in reception for free. The bathroom was clean and of a sufficient size with only a shower. As we were on a coach tour there was only a 3 course set menu for dinner each evening but they were both nice and tasty. The cost of the drinks was reasonable. Breakfast was buffet style with only a limited choice of hot food but plenty of choice of cold foods and cereals. The food we had was nice. Two of the waitresses who served our evening meal were surly but all the other staff we came into contact with were friendly and helpful. Overall a nice hotel.

The room was a really good size for Europe, bed comfy and clean. The only negative was the shower, it was very small in a semi circle shape with sliding shower doors, but it all worked fine. Price was reasonable. Approximately 5 to 7 minutes by taxi to airport and cost 7.50 Euro but we gave him 10 Euros. Breakfast was included in room rate and basic items like bread, cereals, fruit, yoghurt provided also fine.
