the location of the hotel is perfect ( i.e in the center of the old town). The staff in the reception is unpleasant and almost hostile, no smile, no answers. The service was like in the old Soviet Union.

Stayed here for 3 nights - our room was so small, located in an odd place right behind the reception/waiting area, noisy to no end! The staff is nice, helped us rent a car. Breakfast is ok - hotel has the best location possible, but could be so much better.

Don't expect a warm welcome - or even a polite one - at this hotel. The staff are sullen, bordering on the rude. Any greetings, requests or inqiries are ignored, be they in Estonian, Russian or English! The walls were so thin we could almost hear the next-door neighbour breathing, and the hotel disco kept us awake till the morning hours, although our room wasn't even close to it. The hotel staff were great and the rooms out in the courtyard were comfortable . The breakfast was traditional Baltic and was well presented. The hotel is centrally placed to explore Tallin on foot We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel as good value for money and the location is perfect

This hotel offers a return to tha past. Well located 5 minutes walk from the old town. has a lovely breakfast room with very nice paintings. The breakfast was good enough to star a New day. It has a good number of stairs and this is good to keep yourself in good shape.
