stayed here 3 times over the past few years, it is very central and very near the bus stop, basic hotel,very friendly staff,clean and comfortable, was with friends on a tour of Estonia and this suited us perfectly more
I have used their hotell ca 25 nights on 5 wissits from summer of 2006 to May 2007. But they do not want to improve. The levels falls when the prices raise. Positive: Clean, cleaned every day if asked for (door-sign) Staff nice and very helpful Breakfast OK (though it's Cafe Du Nord) Nice baby-bed given at request Negative: Rooms LOT smaller than expected having seen the prices Bathrooms a WHOLE LOT smaller than expected (in our case came with a blocked drain) VERY noisy (bus station in the vicinity) Thin walls... more
The hotel is a bit far from the main square, not that Tartu is very big anyway. It has no views apart from the parking lot but has the University nearby. Staff are nice and the rooms are modern and clean. more
