We stayed here as two families on a skiing trip with young children and were placed in neighbouring rooms. Overall we enjoyed our stay here and the hotel is perfect if you have young children; there is a great kids club with very enthusiastic stay who are always on hand when the kids are tired from skiing or playing the snow and need to be occupied for a couple of hours. Good points; rooms are a decent size and we were provided with a sofa bed for our daughter. Drink making facilities, fridge and toiletries etc are all provided. We stayed half board and absolutely LOVED the food. There is a lot of variety and all the food was delicious. Teas and juices are also included so you don't pay extra for this. The lobby and bar area is really nice. The hotel also has a medium pool, sauna/steam and a small gym. As mentioned above, the kids club is great. There is lots of parking and there is a good ski rental downstairs. The hotel is a short drive and even walkable from the Harrachov main slope and about 20 mins drive from Rokytnice. There is a ski bus stop very close to the hotel. Bad points; only a few things really. Not a deal breaker but the proportions of our bathroom drove us round the bend. The towel heater is above the toilet so we very nearly dropped towels, swimming stuff, drying gloves etc in the toilet, the space between the sink and the shower is quite narrow with the toilet roll holder mounted in precisely the right place to scratch you every time you walk past it. The door opens inwards but the shower cubicle doors open outwards (sliding door would work much better). The wardrobe door is very heavy and slides across with a massive banging noise in the frame. The gym is very small and quite basic, I was expecting a little more but it did the job. Housekeeping was very patchy, some days they didn't come or turned up at about 5.30pm which was a bit odd. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

Good family hotel and helpful attentive staff. Overall we had a good time. The hotel was well equipped for a nice family holiday. Had a little issue with the housekeeping, there didn’t seem to be any consistency. Though the room looked upgraded the shower drain stunk, the tiles didn’t seem to be washed and the carpet under the sofa bed was filthy dusty with bits of food . Run out of toilet paper 2 x . It was also quite dusty. The pillows and mattresses were uncomfortable. Looked nothing like the pictures on Instagram. Also the kids sofa bed bedding was not proper , short sheets had to ask for it to be changed as the kids woke up on an unprotected mattress which was not hygienic. But I think the sweet housekeeping girl who spoke limited Czech or English was not very well trained or didn’t like her job. The rest of the staff were great . The pool area was nicely clean. Liked the availability of the bath robes. The reception and bar staff were helpful and the food was overall quiet good as well as the selection.

good hotel, perfect quiet location ( in the forest but close to main street), helpful staff. Very good breakfast & dinner. Very clean. The only one minus was a bad sound proof of the rooms. Hotel is friendly to kids and pets. Barking dogs (left in the rooms alone) and all these kids screaming, shouting, running in the corridors and knocking doors of the rooms till midnight while the parents hang out at the lobby bar are not very enjoyable:-(. Would I return to this hotel in the future? Yes! It is really nice for short relax...:-)

absolutely horrible hotel, we had DELUXE room for 3 nights for almost 9k czk which was worse than some very cheap hostels. Shower was moldy. Wellness was very bad and old like 50 years ago. Never go there anymore.

Really enjoyed our stay at the Oreo Harrachov resort. Their dinner and breakfast spread was amazing and top quality. The wellness area was also neat and well-maintained. The staff treated us very well. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxed time in this beautiful snowy town of Harrachov.

We stayed here for four days. Room was very clean and spacious with a good en suite. Situated within an easy walking distance of the main street where there are many cafes and restaurants. Half board accomodation. Wide choice for breakfast and dinner although sometimes the food could be a little warmer. Efficient and friendly staff. The hotel has a good range of facilities, pool, tennis etc.

The hotel is big, right on the mountains, have a nice view and entry to the trails around. The breakfast food was really great, and the hotel organization during the COVID 19 pandemic was impressive. On breakfast no one touched anything, everything came on individual portions and the staff was constantly serving you and verifying if you need anything else. The bacon was AWESOME, get lots of bacon on breakfast! I never though bacon could get any better but I was wrong. The staff was really nice, we initially didn't liked our room and they offered another one in a higher floor without any additional payment. The restaurant food was very good quality, but could offer more options, for dinner they only had 4 options, maybe this was due to the low season. The rooms are really outdated, they need to renew the decoration and the beds specially, one of our beds had a uneven mattress. The spa felt like it was inside a gym, they have a big swimming pool with a whirlpool and a sauna, but for the level of the hotel and for what was advertised I would expect more of a relaxation spa vibe instead of a gym one. Regardless was amazing to refresh after a day of hiking or cycling.

Hotel is located near city center however in calm area. It's close to cross country skiing trail that You can reach Mumlavsky waterfall or mountain hut-Vosecka Buda. It serves delicious and varied breakfasts. During breakfast, barista prepares tasty coffee. There is also a ski rental in the hotel. It offers also sauna and swimming pool (which is pretty small however sufficient to relax after whole day on skis). The hotel is about 20minutes walk from Flixbus stop (Harrachov Sklarna).
