I´ve been there for 2 nights and I was satisfied. Very nicely renovated hotel, directly on the Krkonose (Giant mountains) ridge. Enough capacity of the rooms and restaurant, small wellness centre... I found also the food OK. Staff...average.

We regret our choice. We got fooled by great looking website and decided to take last minute deal. Worst hotel experience ever. More like a pet hotel that people are allowed rather than the other way around. Very unhelpful staff. When complained about the dog that was barking for 2 hours the "manager's" response was, and what do you want me to do? Think twice before you book it

Staff at the restaurant is slow, reluctant and arrogant. The cost of food doe not fit with the quality. The hotel is a beautiful place, but services are poor qualify. I recommend another hotel nearby.
