Arrived late an evening in June, and booked a room for two nights. New and shiny hotel with nice but rather small rooms. Good price compared to other hotels in Druskininkai.
The service was varying depending on who where present in the reception desk. One guy obviously was new in the job, while the others were wery helpful.
Most of the staff were english speaking. The restaurant has a lovely location, and the food is well worth trying. Reasonably priced as well.
There is a small SPA located in the basement, but didn't get any chance to try massages etc. since everything was fully booked at the moment (wich is a good sign, I suppose). Nice, large whirlpool/massage bath and steam bath available for guests. Extremely refreshin after a long, warm day. But no swimming pool as might be expected when reading the advertisements (the large whirlpool was sometimes referred to as a swimming pool...)
All in all definately worth staying here. Recommended.
