The hotel lives up to its 4 stars with comfort cleanliness and elegance, friendly and helpful staff and luxurious surrounds. Being next to the entrance to the Salt Mine, the park and the beautiful gardens makes this to be a very convenient and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended.

We did not stay here but ate in the restaurant where everything we had was superb. The staff were most pleasant and organised tickets for us to visit the salt mine. I dropped my mobile phone while I was there and left without it but the staff tried to locate me to return it to me. I did retrieve it.

After an in depth visit thru the salt mine, the wife, mother In law and myself settled in for a bite to eat. The service was very quick and friendly. We were surprised with a complementary dish from the chef which was very tasty and refreshing. The experience was first rate and recommend to anyone visiting in the area.

the hotel is based just next to the entrance to the most popular salt mine in Poland which is good advantage for foreign visitors, the restaurant serves great meals, the staff is very helpful, hotel itself offers many useful options to make the stay as much comfortable as its possible
