I stayed here for 4 nights in 2008. I was in a 6 bed dorm with a strange bunk setup. The 3 bunk beds were basically just one large one and luckily there was only 1 other person on the bottom bunk; if not it would be a bit strange being right next to a stranger. The rooms were clean,... more

We stayed in a Eurocamp mobile home, it was comfortable and met our expectations. We had a "superior" one, I think the main difference was that it had decking, which is slightly nicer for sitting/ having meals outside. The campsite is in a valley whose steep sides rise up around you, the Staubbach waterfall is right by the campsite and... more

After three days climbing at high altitude what we needed was a shower, a beer and somewhere to to put the tent. Camping Jungfrau provided all three effortlessly. The toilets and showers were excellent and the food and beer were good and reasonable. There were quite a few young Aussies about but we were not camped near them so they... more

This is my 3rd time staying at Camping Jungfrau and once again it was more beautiful than I had remembered. The location is stunning and your within a good walking distance from both the train station and the trummelbach falls (a must do). The restaurant has really yummy food perfect to warm you up. The showers are shared but really... more

We were going to take a tent and camp here but due to rain forecast and cost of adding a tent as luggage on Ryanair we chose the hostel option, big mistake. First I'll point out that we are young 31/27 australian couple who enjoy a quiet drink and spent all day hiking and expected similar people at such a... more

Camping Jungfrau is in a perfect location to explore the Jungfrau region. Only a ten minute walk takes you to Lauterbrunnen station, where you can connect via trains and cable cars to the whole region. If you are there for six days or more I highly recommend you purchase the 'Jungfrau pass' which enables you to travel all over the... more

Spent two nights at Camping Jungfrau during my European Backpacking Adventure. Stayed in a dorm style bungalow with three other girls. Very good budget accommodation - the rooms simple but had plenty of space. They were clean and secure. The site is smack bang in the middle of a number of waterfalls of which you can hear at night when... more

We have just returned from this campsite after a rather soggy couple of weeks. Beautiful location, stunning scenery. However despite booking in Oct 07 when we arrived a pitch hadn't been reserved and they had to find a big enough pitch for our tent which left us by the river amongst the campervans. Having said this it was a much... more

We booked a week in a "Mobile home" rather than camping. Arrived 5 minutes after the accomodation was available and were setled in within ten minutes. The mobile home was exceptionally clean and well equipped, much better than we had expected. The staff were friendly and helpful throught our stay, very knowledgeable regarding the various transport options, saving us over... more
