Needing a place to stay overnight in Picton waiting for friends I found this B&B which was excellently placed near the waterfront and marina.

The hosts were lovely and very welcoming - and their Villa house has a lovely feel to it. They are renovating it so just a few rooms are available. The lounge and dining area gets great afternoon sun and has a balcony to sit out and read a book. There is a cute cottage garden. It is a easy 5-10 minute stroll to the town shops - or just a few minutes from the waterfront. There's a peek view of the sea and the place gets late sun.

I stayed in the twin room which was nicely furnished and a great price. There was a tv and a very small ensuite bathroom. more
