The only dimension to a truly exceptional experience that Steve, Rosie and Andrew can't deliver on is the weather. Everything else is perfection. If you like the best food, wine, beer, scenery, company....name any attribute, this is the place to be. They are also good fun - they have a wicked sense of humour in the best meaning of the... more

Craglee was heaven after day 3 of the Queen Charlotte Track walk! Rosie, Steve & Andrew were wonderful, SO welcoming, kind & informative & heaps of fun. We were so well "fed& watered". Wines wonderful Steve! It was certainly worth that walk in & out! I absolutely loved the whole place & definitely want to go back. more

My wife and I stayed at Craglee Lodge for three days – and would have liked to stay longer. Craglee Lodge is not a Hotel, a Motel or even a Bed & Breakfast place, it is a Home away from Home, situated in a stunningly beautiful location. It’s actually even better than that, because unlike home you don’t do the... more

Rosie and Steve and George the madly friendly dog, were welcoming hosts and provided us with a lovely meal, great choice of breakfasts and lunch that lasted us two days - sandwiches, cake and fruit! It cost us $530 dollars for the night (we drank a bottle of wine and spirits) and we think although a little more than what... more

I can't add much that hasn't already been written. Great location, lovely views, great food, nice hosts, good fishing etc. We were with a group and my one minor gripe would be the size of our room, which was on the 2nd level down. 3 of the other rooms were above us and accessible from the main lounge area. They... more

This was a most memorable stay for a special occassion. The friendly high quality service began at the wharf from the time we arrived and continued until we left. Our hotss were friendly and the meals, accommadation, and ambiance of the establishment made our special occassion one we will remember fondly for a long time to come. It was excellent... more

We stayed here for two nights as part of our second honeymoon and definitely a highlight of our trip. We did the 'mail boat' tour (recommended) of the Marlborough Sounds and were dropped at Craglee Lodge (in the Bay of Many Coves) on its return to Picton. Craglee's location overlooking the water is perfect and there was an electric cart... more

At Craglee Lodge it's all about you - and that's more than true. Rosie and Steve do everything to make you feel like home, and we definitely did. We spent 3 wonderul days at Craglee, had the most delicious dishes (thanks again for the birthday cake, Rosie!), a great time going fishing with Steve and walking up the Queen Charlotte... more
