Spent 3 lovely nights at Casa Santana with Julian & Isabel.
Julian met us off the bus (in the torrential rain!), and we took the short walk from the bus stop to the casa. Accommodation is in an apartment on the 1st floor, private stairs, large seating area with fan and views over the lovely courtyard garden with a fridge stocked full of water, beer, wine rum and soft drinks, the room has a single and comfortable double bed, A/C and private bathroom. Location's perfect 2 mins from the main square and Casa de la Musica.

What really set this Casa apart was the hosts. Julian and Isabel couldn't do enough for us, Isabel's cooking was amongst the best food we had in Cuba; Fresh fruit salad, bread, eggs for breakfast 4CUC and the traditional cuban dinners were an absolute feast (there was so much food i had to ask for a smaller portion the following nights!!) 8-10CUC.
