We stayed several nights in the fourth floor walk-up with shared bath ( the only room available at that time.) The bed was quite comfortable and the other furniture just serviceable. Breakfast was made to order by a very friendly and anxious to please attendant. Not luxurious, but just right and fairly priced. more

Perhaps I've been spoiled by wonderful B&Bs around Asheville but I found this B&B to be sub-par in almost every respect. We made our reservations for the inauguration in July not knowing anything about this place and we lucked out. This place was perfect for us.
