My stay was wonderful! The customer service I received was very impressive. The employees were very customer centered and so polite. The food was delicious and again the service was excellent. The beds were the most comfortable I have ever slept in, I woke up very well rested! I will definitely stay here again. more

The whole hotel has a dark and gloomy feel. Majority of rooms face the indoor courtyard with no natural lighting. The hallways and corridors are also dark and gloomy and the whole hotel has a tired and old feel. There is no pool and not enough equipment in the gym. Overall, disappointing for USD500/ night. more

Most rooms face the courtyard. No windows to open and the courtyard was dark and noisy. The Westin down the street was much nicer, but the location isn't as good. more

Ladies! pay attention! Although it looks like the window shades are opaque, they really are not. I was looking out into the lobby area from my room a few minutes ago and saw a woman take her shirt off. Yikes, I closed my curtains right away but still had the willies after that. Other than that: Nice enough hotel in... more

This is a great hotel if you are attending a convention at the Gaylord Conv. Center but want a cheaper room or if the convention center is out of hotel rooms. The hotel is a nice 5 min walk to the convention center and is located in the middle of the small shopping complex. The only downside to this hotel... more

Great hotel, wonderful rate found for the weekend. Nice quiet location but still in the middle of downtown. We were able to walk to the mall, and took a metro back when our feet were tired. Very friendly staff. We were allowed to check in early and the clerk gave us chilled bottles of water for our walk. When we... more

I was a little disappointed with the location of this hotel - it wasn't in the thick of things, which I like when I'm in D.C. Oh well. But I got to say, it was the best night sleep I have ever had in D.C. Luckily, I didn't have any noisy neighbors. In fact, I might not have had any... more

First off, I was quite relieved when I found out I had booked at the Westin through Priceline. Their beds are always lovely to come back to after a long day. First the pros of this location- three to four blocks (different directions) to two Metro Locations (McPherson Sq and Farragut North) which connects one to red, orange and blue... more

Was here for 2 nights for a conference at the hotel. Very comfy beds, I would like their beds at home. Pillows were also comfortable and didn't get too flat. The sheets were soft, not rough or overwashed feeling. Also didn't have that horrible bleach smell that most hotel sheets have. Room seemed very clean, was a little dark but... more
