The Four Points was a fantastic hotel. Located at the corner of 12th and K, it is relatively close to the National Mall and most of the renowned government facilities within the district. In fact, you can walk to almost all of them. The DC Metro's Red Line is located 2 blocks away and the Georgetown-Union Station Connector is accessible... more

Good: Not too expensive. Great location. Clean rooms. BAD: PARKING is $35 day. Pool is small, warm & filled with salt water. Not refreshing. Rooms are small. Not enough room for a desk or sitting area. Walls are thin, you'll hear guests in the hall talking as they walk by your room. Lobby store is tiny w/ not much stock.... more

Agree with other reviews that the staff is not the best. One of the bartenders in the restaurant was seemingly trying to practice a comedy routine - he's not funny. The check-in clerk was a foreign national 20-something guy. Sunday morning the bellperson is pounding on appointed doors around 8:30 a.m. This staff needs to be retrained and supervised. Hotel... more

I was a little nervous about booking the rooms, I booked for us & friends, but the rates were good & they had the dates we needed available. The staff was very polite, they did have restaurant recommendations. We only had one less than extrememly helpful experience when trying to get information on the circulator bus, but then again they... more

The Good- The location on K street was excellent. 5-10 minute walk to 2 metro stops and the white house. the room was clean and comfy-especially the bed. Free wired internet in the room was nice. Free bottle of water is a nice touch considering most places charge about $4-5 for this! New, flat screen tv. Great happy hour in... more

Stayed here for the weekend to go to an event at the Convention Center and was pleasantly surprised. Four Points hotels are pretty much all the same but I don't think that's a bad thing. It was basic, no frills but it had everything you need at the same time. Rooms are VERY small but not any different than other... more

If you like racist valets and being told that hotel guests can't park at the hotel... this is the place for you! This place is awful. The parking deck attendant has a grudge against white people and refused to allow this paying hotel guest to park in the hotels parking lot, saying it was full when a car just left... more

Good Morning and please accept my sincerest apology for the impression you received from our Valet staff. We pride ourselves on our service levels and to hear this is very concerning. I am sorry that parking caused the challenges it did. As we are located in an urban city center, the parking facility is shared with other tenants and can...

We stayed at this hotel for two nights during the Cherry Blossom Festival last weekend. It was a great place (especially for the price). We booked through Priceline and only paid about $125 for both nights. We knew we wouldn't get a room with a view but didn't care since we weren't planning on being in the room much. We... more

Despite the previous bad reviews, myself and my husband got a great rate here and had a very pleasant stay! The location of the hotel is excellent - very close to the main shopping street, Macys and restaurants. We found the hotel staff to be friendly and helpful and the rooms to be clean with free Internet access, etc. more

On March 3rd when I arrived at the hotel the cabbie put my bag inside the front door. I had my arms full and did not notice the steps and fell flat, it was only at this point that the bellman who was looking on, got up. I know that there is a ramp on the other side of the... more
