I foolishly walked around barefoot in this room. What a mistake. My feet were black. I left footprints in the shower because they were so filthy. It makes me wonder what else was not cleaned in this "Quality" Inn. Talk about being skeeved out. Never again. more

I wanted to stay at an inexpensive hotel with free parking and within walking distance of the Metro. I made my reservation at this place but also had a backup reservation made in case this hotel was as bad as the reviews claimed. This hotel is used for drug deals and prostitution. Every night cars were in and out of the hotel all night. Every time I was in the office men and prostitutes were in and out of the office the whole time. The neighborhood is terrible, and unsafe, plus not convenient for walking. This hotel was disappointing, particularly for the Quality brand, which we typically enjoy, The lobby was uninviting, and the staff members were not welcoming--particularly when we found a need to call for directions. The hotel is dirty and uncared for, and is also in a terrible area, but that all pales in comparision with the terrible staff. It felt as though they were trying to be as uncoporative and hard to deal with as possible. We had a long list of problems, none of which were dealt with. Never stay here. more

I stayed there for 4 nights. I stayed at President Inn for 2 days and it was terribe. I found this one comfortable. Rooms were clean and iron and hair dryer were availble.
