Stayed here for 3 nights on 2 separate occasions - before NY and after NY. Check in was the worst, I waited 10 mins while the staff was the phone, then another 10 mins on off as he answered numerous calls in the middle of checking us in. I was pleasantly surprised to enjoy my stay at the Red Room Inn. My colleagues were booked at a nearby hotel that was sold out. This hotel is right in Chinatown. Everything was kept very nice but the noise outside at night is unbelieveable.
