The Windsor Park is situated in the Adams -Morgan area of Washington and in a city where value accommodation is at a premium, is not to be sneezed at. My husband and I stayed at Windsor Park and it was exactly what we expected based on reviews we read. Clean, great deal, but nothing fancy and great location. The staff were polite.
