Very cramped, small, and honestly somewhat smelly. But that's what you should expect when you pay so little money for a hotel. There's a little 'break room' right outside the elevator on the ground floor, which has a TV and breakfast/lunch foods. More

I am so confused by the other reviews of this place. We stayed here one night and booked it on a travel site because it said it was near Dupont Circle because we wanted to enjoy some night life there. It is NOT near Dupont Circle. It is a LONG walk uphill into a different neighborhood. It was very cute... More

Dear Jaminoe, Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback regarding our hotel. I am certainly disappointed that your stay was not all it could have been. I would like to apologies on behalf of the hotel and its team for your stay. Our standard procedure in the event of noisy neighbors would be to offer you an... More

I reserved here 3 nights, but left after first night. It is comfortable enough for a hotel of its level - old but clean. But I was in town looking for apartments so internet access was crucial. I called before booking and the staff specifically promised in-room internet. Sadly, the internet mostly did not work, even after the attendant restarted... More

Found through hotels dot com and will definitely return. Clean room, good price, helpful staff, great location for Dupont Circle or the zoo (walked to both). Don't pass this place up! More

I stayed here for 3 nights recently after getting a good deal on a bidding website ($100/night). The room was surprisingly large, clean, and comfortable. The wifi was good and strong and the bathroom looked brand new. The only problem was that you can't control the temperature in the room and it got pretty stuffy. Also it's about half a... More

An actual key, that is. As this was a last minute booking finding any space in or near the Georgetown area of Washington at a reasonable price was something of a minor miracle. The lobby area is in need of remodeling, hopefully in keeping with the dated motif of the property. Looking at the small water stain in the popcorn... More

We were there to check out the colleges over Columbus holiday weekend. The embassy's are all around this beautiful well kept neighborhood. The hotel is old, but very clean and spacious. The only issue you might have is parking. We were lucky that it was a holiday, and the area wasn't that busy. I would stay here again. More

Just ten-fifteen minutes walk to Dupont Circle (metro Red Line), on a beautiful quiet square. Rooms are average but clean. Breakfast ends at 9, but hot coffee will be there till 10 or so. Clientele: mostly couples and families. Excellent value. More

Visitor for conference: checked in and found filthy room, non-functioning air conditioner. Left 10 minutes later, no refund for "first night". Scary place. More

I was on business a few years back when I stayed over-night at Windsor Park. There was a convention going on that weekend and staff and service seemed to be giving all their attention to them. I didn't care too much. I wanted my peace and quiet and to be left alone. The accomodations were above par and I felt... More
