Very clean!! Staff was friendly!! Parking garage beside hotel and there is a great Irish pub down below that played great Irish music with a live band and had descent food. Also I you like a large selection o Irish Beer you will defiantly like this place!

This hotel is all that they said it would be! Great location on capital hill and a block from Union Station. It is well maintained and very clean. The only negative is that I was told by the staff that rooms have a DVD player and it didn't.

The Phoenix Park Hotel is a quick walk from Union Station and a few more blocks to the Capitol building. Great location, very nice and helpful front desk staff and doormen. Decor tired. Cleanliness terrible. Cleaning staff indifferent to guests. Bathroom dirty - had not been cleaned since previous guest - toilet blocked. Walls thin. Elevator not working at busy times.

Perfect location, arrvied by train at Union Station, night time and walked 30 seconds to hotel. Great friendly staff. Door man extremly attentive and helpful getting cabs. Old hotel but kept clean and tidy. Enjoyed resturant downstairs...easy for breakfast before starting our day. Quite noisy even from 7th floor.

Just a block away from Union Station and your connection to DC, this hotel is ideally located and on top of that it has character! This is a historic hotel with all the beauty an old hotel can have. We stayed in a king sized room and were very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Would stay again!
