At check in they actually recommended a different room than was reserved for us because we were travelling with children and might need more room. The Metro was just a block away, breakfast was very good, and everyone was very friendly, the room was comfortable, loved having the Library of Congress and the Capitol at walking distance. Stayed a thursday to saturday while moving my son into college. No problem with valet parking, very fast. The car is parked in a lot between the 2 hotel buildings.
