My room (219) was small, dated, dirty and uncomfortable. The staff was just ok but then I found a mouse in my room! The staff did not seem surprised, were with just one exception completely unhelpful and it was just a terrible experience. more

The room was DIRTY & tiny, poorly maintained, and not even the towels were clean! This is possibly the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Lighting in the room was AWFUL. Stayed at the Hilton Embassy Row for the fourth time, as it is booked through work for conference purposes.
