I have stayed at the Four Seasons Georgetown many times, most recently in January 2010. What brings me back again and again is that rarest of commodities in hotels - genuine and sincere hospitality. Every member of the staff treats visitors like guests, not just customers. The hotel is formal without being the least bit stuffy, elegant without being pretentious,... more

We stayed there two nights, rooms and service were absolutely superb. Georgetown is really a great location most museums are a short cab ride away. The concierge service was amazing. cant wait to go back for a few days some time soon. more

The hotel is excellent for business, with fantastic service. It little bit away from downtown but right at the beginning of Georgetown with heaps of shops and restaurants. The restaurant in the hotel is limited and breakfast is al la carte. L'Occitane toiletries are a treat. The pool is lovely, and the gym is on the small side but was... more

The hotel and staff are excellent. The location is very convenient but the restaurant is disappointing in terms of pricing and quality. However there are numerous restaurants within a reasonable walking distance. more

Had lunch today with client. Very disappointing with shrimp salad, drowning in mayo/catchup dressing. Small salad shrimp with no taste on iceberg lettuce at $21.00--pathetic. Client had Thai beef tenderloin (medallions)--oh so small. Friendly waiters, empty restaurant on a Friday at noon. Guess the word is out. more

Stayed 3 nights in a nice and convenient corner of Georgetown, nothing beats the location here - walks to the river front entertainment and trendy shopping/dinning centers of the town, everything is within 5-10 minutes by foot, even the campus of Georgetown University is within 20-minutes walk. The amenity and service are not as good as other Four Seasons I... more

The room we had was gorgeous, beautifully appointed. The sliding doors to a massive bathroom with separate shower and wc, and the large walk in closet were better done than many other great hotels. I loved the toiletries, full sized L'Occitane soap for the tub, and the turn down service, with crisp linen bed side floor mat and bottled water... more

I can't imagine staying anywhere else in Washington. We lived in DC for many years, and staying at the Four Seasons truly feels like being back home. Actually even more comfortable than home, since I didn't get quite twice a day housekeeping in my own home... We have always liked Four Seaons because of the fact that they make you... more

At its best, Four Seasons is the creme de la creme of hotel chains. There are sub-standard Four Seasons, but the one in Washington, DC is easily one of the best, if not the best of the chain. The property is gorgeous (the renovation is completely finished), the rooms are stunning and comfortable. The service is not only at the... more

As stated in the title I am a very picky guest when it comes to a hotel. We have stayed in the best hotels all over the world. I have stayed in many Four Seasons including the Beverley Hills property which I frequented as my family lived close by. I am very emphatic about this review as I read a... more
