The Willard Hotel may be on of the oldest hotels in Washington, DC however, it is a great place to stay, close to the mall and museums. The staff her made my stay here wonderful. Each person I ran into was polite and went out of their way to serve and help you. There are so many great places to... More

At the invitation of the company my husband works for, we were able to stay at this beautiful hotel for several nights. The lobby is very elegant and the service unmatched. The rooms are very nice, but for the money they are not any more elegant than the Hampton Inn. Great location for seeing the mall. Be sure to go... More

We just spent our third stay at The Willard. I love this hotel! The staff is extemely attentive and polite giving the impression that you are their only patron. Michael, at the reception desk, was one of the nicest hotel employees I have ever met. He made sure we got a good room and that we were satisfied with all... More

I had previously adored staying at the Willard & it's usually my hotel of choice when in the District. But this stay was NOT worth the money. When I went to the Willard before, there was classical music playing when I entered the room, a robe & slippers in the bathroom, & chocolate on the pillow. Plus the room was... More

My family and I stayed here in 2008 and I have to say has been my favourite hotel so far. It keeps all its traditional charm, and if you get a chance research the history of the hotel its incredible. When we were there, the president of iraq was there and was staying right above us. Secret Service were all... More

Just back from staying at the Willard InterContinental Hotel, this is what I consider to be a "Hotel" the Lobby was designed so well, the hotel room was very comfortable and CLEAN. Breakfast was served in Cafe du Parc which was nice. The best thing about this hotel is its location and its convenience. Lovely staff which is such a... More

If you come to DC, just walking/driving up to the hotel, you can sense that this building is part of the story of DC. Since it's next to the White House, it is centrally located...if you like walking, you never need to take a cab. The lobby is ornate and you get the sense that folks in the early 20th... More

If you are looking to stay at a quality hotel in D.C., reserve at the Willard. The location is great - next to the White House. The service is excellent. Room service is also excellent. The Round Robin Bar in the hotel is a Washington D.C. Institution with Congressman, celebs, and the Washington Whos Who frequently relaxing at the bar... More

Went to The Willard to attend a wedding for one of my co-workers.. I was taken away by the decor and the old school charm of the hotel. Huge banquet rooms, friendly service and very accessible to public transportation. I would go here again. More

Perfect hotel experience in every way. Grand elegant building, impeccable service, large room with large marble bath, lobby is beautiful. Location near the White House, which is excellent for sightseeing. Metro station appx 2 blocks away. Room service breakfast was wonderful with incredibly fresh and delicious fruit. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. Ari at front desk took particularly... More
