Just got back from an overnight trip up the Coronado Trail. We wanted to love Hannagan Meadow lodge, but there were just too many obstacles to be able to recommend it. pros: lovely surroundings. clean rooms, great waitress in dining room. good food (well, dinner was great, but the breakfast that came with the cost of our room was skipped... Lovely location, no cell range, no TVs. Had a lot of snow. Cabins are basic but comfortable. The staff and owners were very friendly and helpful. The cabin could have been a little cleaner. The road getting in is not cleared so be careful when arriving in winter and at night. We will certainly be returning again.

We had a great weekend at the Hannagan Meadow Lodge. It snowed over a foot while we were there so getting around was limited but the staff was just wonderful. They went out of their way to make sure we were entertained, cozy, and had great food. Trish really made our stay memorable with her wonderful cooking and great stories.... More
