Got a $45 "internet user" rate at the hotel website, which is a real bargain. This hotel seems quite new, the room was clean, the carpet clean, the bathroom immaculate. Stayed here as a stopover on a cross country trip where I-40 was the main attraction. The hotel was directly off the highway, nestled between a Burger King and a gas station, although there are a few more fast-food joints and service stations along the same road. Stayed 1 night in Feb '07 on a cross-country business trip. Minor problem at check-in; had booked a room with microwave and fridge, and was first given one without either. Date of stay: 2/12/2007. Brand new hotel and very nice property. Close to several restaurants (Cracker Barrel, etc). Total rate was around $65.00. I have paid over $100.00 for similar rooms at different properties in the past. Will definitely stay here again when I am in Alma area. Would highly recommend this property. more
