“Great Hotel, Great Value, Trader Joe's in parking lot!”

We have stayed at this hotel on many occasions and truly enjoy the convenience of the location and the price for the room. There is a Trader Joe's in the parking lot of the hotel which makes it very convenient to stock the refrigerator. Everything is handled professionally and the staff is very courteous.

“Enjoyed our stay!”

We spent 3 nights here while attending a daily event in Malibu which took only 15-2 minutes depending on traffic. Our experience at check in and out was excellent. Our room was very clean. “A Great Value”

We checked in and did not expect the quality of services. This is a very nice place to stay. The location is stellar, right next to a Trader Joes and several good places to eat that you can walk to. It was clean, quiet, great food.

“Gramicci Hotel”

This is a great spot, located very close to LAX, THousand Oaks and a company I do business with locally. The staff was extremly cordial, knowledgeable and went the extra mile to ensure I had everything i needed.

“Fantastic value”

Great room, wonderful staff, and a terrific steak restaurant over the road. The hotel provided an ample breakfast each morning and also dinner Monday to Thursday. It would be difficult to find better value for money anywhere else in the L.A. area.

I stayed here on a business trip and was very impressed with how clean the rooms were and how friendly the staff was. If I was staying longer I would have taken advantage of the full kitchen, it was nice that it had a full size fridge/freezer and a dishwasher.

It was nice. The staff was awesome we accidentally left a suite... They followed up by multiple means of contact to make sure we knew and we had plenty of time to grab the suit before the wedding! The room was good the breakfast was fine, the parking was a bit small for the number of rooms they have. Still... More

Convenient to the 101 and close to a Trader Joes and several casual and fast food restaurants. Easy access to Pepperdine and the Malibu scene. Pleasant, professional staff. Nice pool area and good breakfast facility. Go early to breakfast to avoid the rush, come hungry, the breakfast is big and varied.

My wife and I, along with our 18 year old son stayed overnight in this hotel, a first with Homewood Suites. We enjoyed our stay, the rooms were well-equipped and very comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was satisfying. Overall, this is a great place to stay.
