This is the cleanest, most comfortable independent I've stayed in...ever. Someone has done a first-cabin job of making an older motel feel new. If it was a house, you'd need to use the "pride of ownership' label used in the real estate market. Ditto all of the 5-point assessments made by previous guests of this place. Don't miss it.

Remember the motor courts your parents loved when you traveled in the 60's - 80's? This lovely place is immaculate, fresh and comfortable plus good for your wallet! Totally awesome!!!!!! Forget the chain hotels in town and save $20-30 bucks. Go here. You will be spoiled.

Unfortunately we've driven past the Rim Rock for years in favor of the towns other motels. Not anymore. Delightful, quiet, affordable and unbelievably clean and well maintained. My only complaint is the plastic mattress guard. It caused me to stick to the sheet. I tossed and turned as a result.

This is one of the best places to stay on 395 . Rooms are clean and quiet . Absolutely no nasty surprises like you'll find in Lakeview . No hbo , but there's usually nothing good on anyway . Attractive , sixtyish lady at front desk nice and efficient .

This is a simple little motel sitting on the edge of town with a great view of the mountains off in the distance. We paid $70 for a double room that actually had a separate bedroom inside it. It's still just a REALLY NICE place to spend a night -- quiet..very clean...friendly...no breakfast, minimal tv stations, but decent wi-fi for a small town. NOthing fancy but very nice and clean owners very nice. Even had flat screen TVs. Last minute find really enjoyed it. Would recommend to anyone going to be in the area. Had a nice stay and would definitely stay again if in the area.

Very nice motel at a nice country setting with excellent and friendly staff. You park your car at the door of the room and can enjoy the quite surroundings. Reminds me of the classic motels I used to know. Very well maintained.

A good clean motel that was a good value. Management/Owner was very friendly and accommodating. He was knowledgeable about the current local fire situation. Internet service was hassle-free. Used TripAdvisor to help choose this location and it paid off. Nice quiet location.
