Got excellent deal in Hotwire and I am glad I stayed at this location. So far I stayed in 3 location of Extended Stay America in the Bay area and that is my favorite because it feels like hotel and not motel. Nice staff,clean room. The location is not the best ,far from restaurant and shopping center.

I stayed at the First Street Extended Stay America location for a week then extended another week. The staff was extremely nice and Professional. Found the place very quiet. Interacted with the manager Rebecca, Riana, and Jennifer and found them all excellent to deal with and get recommendations on the area. Plan on staying again on my next trip here

No breakfast just snack. Rail train runs very near hotel and horns early morning. No wakeup call service. Plenty of hotels around better priced and offer more services. I stayed 2 nights. Hotel staff is nice. Location of hotel is away from center.

Friendliest staff of any hotel in the area! Made me feel 'at home'. San Jose lacks a soul but not this place. Wish the place had a wine bar but the vending machine prices are reasonable. Other guests were extremely quiet and the place seemed empty with no activity even though the parking lot was nearly full.

Friendly, helpful staff. Pleasant business park location. Spotless rooms. There was a train track nearby but a high, sound barrier wall made them not-too-annoying and they were infrequent anyway. Grab & Go Breakfast consists of coffee, individually wrapped muffins, granola bar, apples and oranges, and instant oatmeal. Will stave off starvation 'til lunch anyway.

We were booked to stay at this hotel from Jan 31st through Feb 3rd. Our flights got delayed and couldn't make it to the hotel till 1AM on Feb 1st.
