This is an old hotel, and it showed. The carpets were worn. Went with kids and grandkids, had adjoining rooms. Rooms were very nice and clean. Hotel is well located and the staff was great. Our "Disneyland Express" bus did not show up to take us to the airport so the hotel sent us in a taxi and paid the bill. Would stay there again. more

The staff was great and the rooms were clean but that was about it. It was not worth the price. There are cheaper hotels much closer to the front gates of Disneyland. Next time we'll stay at the Grand Californian which is closer, nicer and has more eating options. more
