We stayed at the Staybridge for one week while playing at Disneyland. Our family of 6 (kids 7,9,12,13) had a one bedroom suite. Hotel location is not very convenient - far from shopping, groceries, and Disneyland. However, a shuttle bus comes 'regularly' for access to main Anaheim areas. When we arrived at night, after a very long journey, the reception was rude and unfriendly. Management is the WORST! They charged me $584 for uncancelled reservations, even though I did cancel them. They refused to reverse the charge and referred me to national Guest Relations. Check-in was fast and there were luggage trolleys available for us to cart our stuff upstairs. The suite was clean and attractive. However, the "full" kitchen doesn't include an oven.
