This hotel is no where near the Maingate of Disney. It is at least 10 minutes by car. The "deluxe" continental breakfast featured soggy powdered sugar donuts, bread, corn flakes, regular cheerios, bruised fruit, and, yes, waffles. The "heated" pool was freezing, the hot tub dirty. Our stay here was OK. We did get a great rate and it was close enough to Disneyland for us. The staff was friendly and there were no problems with checking in or out. Don't ever, ever, ever stay here. I was given a non smoking room but it was obviously was a smoking room. I paid a deposit and never stayed five minutes in the room. It was dirty and gross. The manager tried to tell me it was a non smoking room and it was not. It smelled like urine too. We... more

Sorry for your bad experience. Unfortunately some guests might smoke in a non-smoking room and we cannot control what guests do in the room. Our maids do ionize and have special sprays for that. We try our best to accomodate each and every guest and if any guests are being loud we certainly try to limit the noise when made...

I booked some days for a convention, I traveled with colleagues. Good services, kind people, no troubles; clean and cheap. About the meals at breakfast I think could be better. Dailly was the same, but in general overview I recommend for those who want make a short trip to Disney. more

The room had a HOLE in the bathroom wall, and a crack in the floor tile that insects were coming through. When I wanted to leave and go someplace else and get a refund the manager seemed unconcerned and told us that the "guarantee" was only a guarantee to "make it right" by giving us another room. Made a last minute decision to stay here. Knew it was a mistake as soon as we drove in. This place is sadly overused and neglected. The front desk clerk gave us misinformation.
