We were greeted warmly at check-in and were given a free up-grade to a suite. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. All had smiles and said, "hello", every time. We stayed at Castle Inn through a Disneyland package deal. The room wasn't fancy, pretty average, but since it wasn't the focus of our vacation, it worked out fine. We stayed here in October of 2008, the front desk staff was rude, our room was gross. We switched rooms twice and asked for the bathroom to be cleaned. We came back to find the bathroom in a worse condition than we first found it. There was drunks everywhere and the pool was not working. STAY AWAY more

I will say that the location of the hotel is great. It is about 2 (quite long) blocks from the main entrance to Disneyland.
