I was suppose to do this a long time ago right after i left from a wonderful stay but i get very busy. When I first walked in I was instantly amazed at the layout. Stayed for one week. Room was excellent and clean. Valet service was just incredible, the guys used to clean my car from the inside every night! Room service was superb, I had breakfast and dinner both show up in 15 minutes. The value was great too. They have a nice pool and really awesome outside bar as well that's open... more

We stayed when this was still the Holiday Inn Anaheim. The pool was the big draw. It needed a little work, but was still fabulous. The room was large and the beds comfortable. Disneyland is within walking distance, although it is a little bit of a trek. There are shuttle services available but for the price we didn't mind walking. There is a nice restaurant that serves tapas size meals from around the world. Traveled here in both April and August to go to Disneyland. Great pool, comfortable rooms (even the fold-out sofa was decent), perfect location (10 minute walk to Disney). First, this is not a hotel. It is a motel with a lot of street noise. They advertise that they offer complimentary wifi internet. The internet did not work in the room we were assigned. We could only pick up the connection for the sales office. No ever offer to move our room or tried to get the problem solved... more
I'm very sorry about your experience. I don't know exactly what happened with the internet service in your room, but we have double checked and all systems look in order.
