Stayed here for 4 days with kids and grandkids (got great pricing at getawaytoday.com) and it was mostly ok. Rooms average, but there was construction outside our room below, a tile saw started up at 7:30 am first 2 days we were there. Hot breakfast was fine for the kids, but I don't care for powdered eggs. Sausage was fine.... more

I booked the Desert Palms because as a woman traveling aIone with a kid, I wanted a complimentary breakfast, pool, and interior corridors. This is a great location, close to the parks and at a busy intersection, yet quiet, which is a combination that is hard to come by. I had asked for a quiet location and was surprised to... more

We have stayed at the Carousel Inn and Suites and the Candy Cane before and thought we would try something else. This hotel was very clean but it is worn and the beds really could use replacing. The breakfast was okay but not worth the reason to stay here. Scrambled eggs, toast, orange and donuts with some fruit loops, cornflakes... more

the hotel staff was fine, they brought extra pillows quickly (pillows are very small and lumpy. the breakfast buffet was so so, we paid extra to get the "hot" items but there was no one there to check who was supposed to get it, furthermore there was nothing to say that we were to get it, so we wasted extra... more

Despite having booked our vacation 5 months prior, we were disappointed upon check-in to be given a 1st floor room that opened directly onto the rear parking lot, with cars driving by only a few feet away from the window. (We had to wonder if this was our "punishment" for declining to pay for the upgrade suggested to us by... more

We have seen many reviews and decided to try out this hotel. Our experience with previous hotels were not good ones so we decided to change. We are so glad we did. We were greeted by an extremely nice gentleman and the check-in process was so easy. The family thought the suite was awesome. It was clean and everything worked... more

Clean hotel, great location for trade show exhibitors. Not a good place for breakfast if you do not like kids. We made our own breakfast. Other than that its a nice hotel. more

The hotel was clean and inviting upon arrival. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our Borrego Suite room was perfect for our group- one adult, two teenage brothers, and one teenage girlfriend. The breakfast, included in the hotel stay price, was decent - both hot and cold food choices given. We did not have a chance to experience the swimming... more

We stayed at the D P in Mar 08 and enjoyed it so much we took 13 extended family members with us in Mar 09. We had 4 different types of rooms and no problems during the whole week. The employees were pleasant throughout the entire stay both years. We enjoyed eating breakfast on the roof. The walk to Disneyland... more

We recently visited Anaheim & Disneyland. We usually stay closer to the main entrance of the park, but decided to try Desert Palms because of the breakfast and suites. A microwave and a fridge in the room were a bonus at no extra cost. Very courteous staff, clean lobby, clean room, nice hot breakfast. What more could you ask for?... more
