Like most hotels in Anaheim, the Raffles caters specifically to families visiting Disneyland. Check-in was easy and we were able to purchase Disneyland tickets and ART shuttle tickets right there. This was my second stay at the Best Western Inn. My four children are all older so as compared to the last stay years ago, the hotel felt a little cramped. This was our second stay at this facility, the first being about 4 years ago for one night. This time my daughter and I stayed for two nights. Check in was effecient, with our reservation met. The workers are very nice and the place looks clean but yes, who ever is reading this review pleaese believe me this place have roaches. I told the manager and he was like really trying not to hear it. Also he made a statement that they just spryed the Inn. Other then the roaches the Inn is very nice. more

The staff at this hotel are fantastic. They always exceeded our expectations when we had a request. The rooms are great. You never hear the traffic from the main road. Breakfast was what you would expect. Public transport is right outside your door to Disney or the OC bus can get you anywhere you need to go. more

Suites have 2 bathrooms, 2 queen beds, some have a sleeper sofa, and bunkbeds...the kids loved the bunkbeds, plus gave us more room. Close to Disneyland, breakfast is plentiful and varied each day, only negative is that you have to go outside to access it. Suitable for a quick overnight stay if you want to be near the convention centre or Disney without paying a high price. Room was a reasonable size; however carpet was not the cleanness as my wife found out when she was bare foot. You can walk to most attractions from this hotel. more

We found this hotel fantastic, the room was cleaned and tidied on a daily basis very well with a 9 and 11 year old boy imagine the mess but each day we came home it was beaut. Staff were all very friendly and nothing was too much for them to do. Continental breakfast had most thing people want and is included in the price of the room, great for a family with young kids. Rooms were large sized and clean, everything worked. Great value and close to Disneyland. Front desk clerk, Cruz was very helpful more
