We loved this hotel. It is brand new...only 3 months old. The rooms and property are clean. It is an eco friendly property and very interesting to see some of the products used to save energy. This is the 2nd hotel in what is intended to be a chain of eco-friendly hotels. When we stayed there (June 8,9) the hotel had only been open for about 4 weeks. The GAIA Anderson is a real gem, a brand new facility located right off I-5 on the north end of Anderson (just a few miles from Shasta Lake recreation areas).
