My wife and I both live in Arcadia, but got away for Valentines Day. The staff are great! Larry (front desk) was extremely nice and helpful. Joe (porter) brought me extra pillows and towels and was pleasant about doing so. Mid-Century establishment in need of major overhaul. Jalousie windows are mostly not functional and the screens don't cover well. The bed was like a rock. I have stayed at this hotel twice. The first time I was there in 2004, I was very pleased with everything. The second time I was there, I had my credit number stolen when I paid my bill. The manager didn't want to talk to me about this issue when I called him on the, he said was too busy.... more
