All I can say is moldy, dirty, unfriendly, unprofessional, overcharged/authorized my credit card by almost $2,000.00 and they can't explain why or fix the problem, do I need to say more? more

The remodel job was excellent. Spotless rooms. The management was extremely friendly and hospitality. There was a strong smell from the cleaning room (the door was open) but it did not come into my room which was down the hall. They have 2 washers and dryers which is great while travelling. Almost all hotels in Arcata is on Valley West Blvd. One side backs the highway and hence noisy. The other side, which is where this hotel sits, is not.
