My experience at this Hotel was great, I got checked in promptly, courteously, and correctly (I just gave them my name) the rest was automatic. The hotel is decent place with very ineffective management. During our stay we were subjected to very rude guests who decided to party until 4AM. Repeated calls to the front desk were answered by an inept night clerk who had no intention of dealing with the situation.
