I agree with the last reviewer - the booking staff is terrible, definitely the worst I've ever dealt with. They don't return calls and when you do Finally get a hold of them, they are not friendly. I'm hoping they'll read these posts and make a change. Otherwise, looks like a great hotel. more

Unbelievable. I couldn't even get pass the rude woman who was at the reservation desk. It put me off so much that it motivated me to write my first review here on Trip Advisor.
