We didn't stay at the bed and breakfast, but came here every morning for the coffee. They serve Intelligentsia coffee, and the peppermint mocha was to die for. The fresh juice is also great...they make it in a Zamu machine -- which is pretty cool --right in front of you. Best spot for coffee in Avila Beach! more

First thing my wife said as we walked in apartment E, "Gosh, I could live here." Apartment E is on the 2nd floor, one flight of stairs up.
