We have just returned from a couple nights at the St Regis. The hotel is magnificent and offers incredible service. The rooms are spacious & recently renovated. The turndown service is impressive. The Spa is out of this world & the best in Aspen. Conveniently located to everything in town. more

Accomodations are pleasant enough, but the level of service is far below what I have experienced at truly luxurious properties in resort destinations. Bell service, especially, was awful - upon checkout I waited 25 minutes for a bellman and eventually moved my luggage myself. Valet parking service is surly at best. While the location and the views are very commendable, this hotel is not worth the $1,000 per night room rate. We have found far better service, rooms and amenities at other St. Regis locations, the Montage in Laguna Beach and the Biltmore in SB at half the price. I stayed at the Regis residence side .I am VERY VERY picky ....this place is unbelievable. !00 % luxury.I love it each and every time i stay there.Dont go to the hyatt next door....unless you get an amazing deal.It does not compare.LOVE LOVE LOVE the St Regis ASPEN!!!! more
