This is a top notch hotel. The guest rooms were beautiful and lobby/public areas also lovely and inviting. Outdoor pool and two hot tubs also great in a peaceful, wooded setting. The house musicians/trio was fantastic and played nightly in the lobby/lounge. All of the staff that we encountered were extremely pleasant and helpful. The ratio of staff to guests... more

We have just returned from a couple nights at the St Regis. The hotel is magnificent and offers incredible service. The rooms are spacious & recently renovated. The turndown service is impressive. The Spa is out of this world & the best in Aspen. Conveniently located to everything in town. more

Accomodations are pleasant enough, but the level of service is far below what I have experienced at truly luxurious properties in resort destinations. Bell service, especially, was awful - upon checkout I waited 25 minutes for a bellman and eventually moved my luggage myself. Valet parking service is surly at best. Lastly, the Todd English restaurant is extremely poor in... more

While the location and the views are very commendable, this hotel is not worth the $1,000 per night room rate. We have found far better service, rooms and amenities at other St. Regis locations, the Montage in Laguna Beach and the Biltmore in SB at half the price. Particularly disappointing was the service and the repsonsiveness of the management team.... more

Stayed 2 nights the week following Memorial Day as a part of family vacation in Denver. We had three rooms, and checked in early at 1 pm--no problem (indeed it was a rather quiet week). Concierge/butler/front desk all rendered an impeccable level of service (without regard to the fact that there were three 20-somethings in our group). Breakfast at Olives... more

We visited Aspen during the second part of a week-long vacation that began in Jackson Hole. We stayed at the Four Seasons Resort in Jackson Hole during the first part of our trip, so perhaps the St. Regis Aspen suffered by comparison. The St. Regis is a very nice hotel, but it does not compare to the Four Seasons. And... more

We just spent a couple of nights at the St. Regis in Aspen. Granted, it was a mere one hour drive from our home in Vail, but felt like a true vacation due to the level of service this hotel provides. Check in was flawless, the room is modern yet timeless in decor. The bathroom is a fine size and... more
