Was there in early July, and had a wonderful stay. This is a great Bed and Breakfast, in a wonderful location. The rooms were clean and the staff was real friendly, and helpful. I always recommend The Mountain House Lodge to friends. I have stayed there about 12 or 13 times in the last 8 years. more
Four of us stayed here to ski for 3 days and had a great time. We walked to Aspen Mountain each day & took a free shuttle from there on the day we skiied Snowmass. The outdoor hot tub fit 4 & was perfect after skiing. A nice breakfast buffet with all of the works (food was very good) each... more
Close enough to walk to the gondola and town for apres ski, but a bit of a hike with skis/boots/poles the first day at altitude. Winter stay includes full breakfast with good variety/quality. We were in ASpen for a 3 days/2 nights trip february 9th-11th. WE ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT. Staff: Great staff, warm and helpful. They're like a small family.
