Stayed the first week of June. Loved the weather. Sunny with spots of rain then quickly clear up. We had a 3 bedroom/3 bath two story unit. Fireplaces in every room. Very roomy. The kitchen had everything we needed including a wine frig. Great location and never needed a car. We walked or moped everywhere. Mopeds were $50 for two... more

Beautiful facility in a prime location only 1 block from the gondola and major shopping. Ice skating rink is directly in front of the hotel, so great for families with kids, too. Not a good value if you're paying the rack rates, but you can often find the rooms on sale by owners looking to unload them on eBay. Likes:... more

While our one-bedroom suite was spacious and beautiful (the ac ducts, however, blast the air directly in your face), we thought the service was mediocre. When we arrived, we were met by a valet who "greeted" us by saying, "Your room probably isn't ready because check-in isn't until 4:00." During our stay, the housekeeping staff was loud, sloppy, and unprofessional.... more

Great location, nice units, but service is terrible. A/C does not work or blows your neck to freezing. Housekeeping very sloppy, service otherwise less than mediocre. Will not stay here again. more

If you can actually get to Aspen with all the delays through Denver, you won't be sorry. We arrived at 4am. After getting delayed repeatedly, we gave up on the flights, rented an SUV and drove from Denver. We were greeted on the (heated) driveway by a lovely gentleman that checked us right in and ushered us to a spectacular... more

I stayed at the Hyatt Grand Aspen Thanksgiving week with my family of 5 in a two bedroom unit and am so very pleased with my choice. It's all about the rooms and location at this Hyatt. The unit was superior to the rooms at the St. Regis and The Little Nell. We had two bedrooms, one with a fire... more

My daughter booked me at The Hyatt for three nights, Nov.12 -Nov.15th. What a delightful experience. My suite far surpassed anything I expected. I had a beautiful fourth floor spot, mountain views from my two balconies. One balcony even had a private Hot Tub, plus a table and chairs. Fireplaces were in Liv.R and BedR. The decor of the three... more

My wife and I stayed at the Hyatt Grand Aspen in Oct. We had a wounderful time. There is not much to do in Aspen at this time of year, but we kept bussy and had time for relaxation. This was part of our time share with Hyatt, and so far we have found all of the propeties to be... more

This property was the most wonderful and relaxing experience my husband and I have had anywhere. The property is beautiful with wonderful views of the mountains and of Aspen. Our one bedroom condo was spacious with two balconies (two views) and every luxury possible. Very relaxing. Service was perfect with attention to the even the finest details. more
